Welcome to Spiritual Coaching. I am an intuitive spiritual energy coach and channel for healing. I am certified in Counselling/Psychotherapy (CPD) and a Rahanni practitioner. I am also trained in Neuro Linguistic Programming and reading the Akashic Records. In addition I use an amazing cord cutting process that has removed emotional blocks for many beautiful souls.

The Here and Now
Many people right now are feeling anxious and overwhelmed with what is currently going on in the world. When you are feeling sad, fearful or stuck this could mean there is a disruption in your energy field. You may be experiencing a breakdown in relationships or feeling lost in a situation. By clearing unresolved emotions I can help you move forward in your life through inner child healing or other various modalaties.

Throughout our lives we may go through some sort of pain, grief, depression or trauma. Most of these experiences are related to emotions which are trapped in our subconscious mind. We inherit these emotions from either a traumatic event, our past lives or even from our ancestoral linage.
​I have helped many people heal relationships, dissolve feelings of anxiety and feel free again. Remember there is no failure in life. In reality all results and behaviours are achievements.

My Story
Each experience in my life has shaped me into the person I am today. I lost my mother when I was 24 years old and then 9 years later my father passed away. This itself was a huge awakening for me. We always think our loved ones are going to be around forever yet we know that the cycle of life does not quite work that way. People grieve, manage loss and trauma in different ways. Due to the grief I was going through, my life could have turned out very differently. I am grateful I followed the path of spirituality. We always have a choice in every situation and in everything that we do.

In 2008 I was devastated when a close family member was diagnosed with Cancer. My emotions were in overload. My brother had sent me a book about the Law of Attraction, this completely changed my outlook on life. Read more about me here.

What is Rahanni?
Rahanni is a 5th dimensional healing modality that works on a high vibration giving a deeper level of healing. It is a powerful healing modality which balances the masculine and female energy. Many of us right now store low vibrational emotions like anger and fear. Over time these emotions can manifest into our body as disease or illness. This then becomes a block to certain areas of our lives. Rahanni has helped many people to move forward in doing what they are meant to doing by releasing the past. Rahanni is not based on one religion, for we are all one. There is no separation, we are from one divine energy source. I was presented with the gift of Rahanni in February 2018 and completed the teaching level in March 2019.
